Friday's Feast #171

Friday's Feast is a meme of 5 questions cooked up by the chef every week. Enjoy!

Appetizer
What was the last game you purchased? Mancala, so I could play with my niece - who ended up beating me! Then we played online, too. This Mancala Snails game was fun.

Soup
Name something in which you don’t believe. I don't believe in recreational sex with everyone who comes along. Sorry, I have a teenage daughter whose friends believe that is what high school is for. And I don't believe in disposable marriages.

Salad
If you could choose a celebrity to be your boss, who would you pick? I pick Oprah! She really seems to care about the people who work for her.

Main Course
What was a lesson you had to learn the hard way? Having just one best friend and excluding everyone else is a bad idea. When that best friend isn't there any more, you've got no one. Besides, later on, when I got to know all the people she was always talking bad about, I found out that they were really nice people. My 'best friend' was just trying to keep me away from them. I think that if someone feels threatened if you have other friends, then that person isn't a very good friend.

Dessert
Describe your idea of the perfect relaxation room. It would be a cozy room lined with bookshelves. There would be a fireplace in the corner, comfy chairs for curling up and reading, and soft blankets to wrap up in.

Be sure to check out other Friday's Feast participants.

  4. I agree with your soup 100%. It's a shame.

You didn't have a friend at all. What a shame, but at least you found out.

Have a great FF and weekend. :)
