For some reason, no matter what I do my Technorati widget will not display correctly. It was fine, but then the tags started showing, and they will not go away. It doesn't matter what I select for the widget, it shows what it wants. I did have someone thank me for including the tags because they helped her find the post she was looking for, so tags aren't necessarily a bad thing. The problem I have, besides not asking for them in the first place and I hate when things don't work the way they're supposed to, is that there are some tags I've never used. Clicking on them takes you to a page that says, "There are no posts tagged 09 (or whatever the tag is) from http://www.alwaysbcmom.com"
So why are those tags there in the first place? It's like pulling books off the bookshelves because the titles look interesting and then finding out there are no words inside.
I've given up on Technorati. I'm still signed up with them and all, but the information they provide is always outdated and inaccurate. Oh well, I hope you get your tags sorted out. :)
