I went downstairs, pushed the coffee table out of the way, and started the DVD. There are 4 different dances on the DVD, and I'm sure they'd be great workouts, but I started with the instructions for the first one, and I got lost right away.
Mostly it's the fact that they are facing me, telling me to do this with my left foot and that with my right hand, and I'm completely and totally turned around and putting the wrong hand in the wrong direction and kicking the wrong foot, and.... (suggestion for you workout DVD makers - mirror images)
So I gave up, turned everything off, and came upstairs. No need for post workout supplements, I just had coffee!
