Can You Lick Your Elbow?

How many of you remember this email that went around?  It was a list of random 'facts' with one of the first ones being that it is impossible to lick your elbow.  Then the list continues until finally coming to the end and declaring that 90% (or some other random number) of people who read this email will try to lick their elbows.

Did you get it?  Did you try to lick your elbow?  I admit it - I tried, because really - impossible?  Nope, not impossible.  But I hadn't really thought about it for a while, until yesterday when a friend posted on facebook that she'd seen a lady stand up on Regis and Kelly and lick her elbow.  She was amazed!

A discussion ensued wherein another friend told her that I can do it, and the first friend said she wanted a video to prove it.  So, I posted a video:
