Not too sure about Jeffrey, though - but I sure would love it if we could figure out a way for him to lose some weight. He really likes smoothies. Maybe I could blindfold him so he couldn't tell his smoothie was green?bcmomtoohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06890142175838239035noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19437210.post-49248419948263191032011-02-23T20:58:47.724-06:002011-02-23T20:58:47.724-06:00A guy at work has lost about 60 pounds or so with ...A guy at work has lost about 60 pounds or so with green smoothies. He has one of those Ninjas and says that spinach makes up about half of his smoothie. It is what he has for breakfast and lunch, and then he has a reasonable dinner. I don't know what else he puts in it, but you can pretty much use whatever you have around; bananas, pineapple, apple, strawberries, etc. When I make mine I always use apple or grape juice for liquid (or whatever fruit juice I have). There is no need for all the sugar that McDonalds and the other smoothie places put in their smoothies.

Oh, and you can't even taste spinach.Craig Piferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05363245788056391402noreply@blogger.com
