For the Record

I think it's warm enough out front that I could lay out and start working on my tan.  Actually, just getting out and laying in the son sun, taking a nice nap, would be really good today because I woke up with a slight headache.  But, I've got cleaning and cooking and other stuff to do, so I'm not going to actually get out there. (insert sad face here)  Instead I'm going to keep working.

It is only the end of March, and I know warmer days are coming so there will be more opportunities to get out.  The grass will be turning green, flowers will be coming up, and we won't have to rely on hydroponics but can actually get outside and plant the garden.

In the meantime, I've got the front door open so I can enjoy the sunshine coming in, and I take longer than I might actually need to when I go out to shake a rug.  I might even sit out on the front step for a bit while I have lunch.  Now, that sounds like a plan!  Maybe I could even close my eyes for a bit...

Correction: I was getting ahead of myself.  It only seems warm enough when I'm busy and moving.  Sitting out there eating my lunch, I was very glad to have sweat pants and long sleeves.  But, it's bound to warm up soon.  Back to work.

Is It Tanning Weather Yet?

When I read about Ocean Potion's Spring Break contest I thought it would be fun to enter. After all, Ocean Potion is all about tanning and sun care products, and I love tanning. Still, I never got very far in planning my very own Ocean Potion commercial because, face it, I live in Wisconsin, and we're not going to have tanning weather for a while. It did get up to 53° today, so we're getting close. If it's 60° and I can get out of the wind, I'm out there!
