Paid Posts on the Sabbath?

Sometimes you'll see paid posts post to my blog on the Sabbath.  (7th day of the week, Saturday)  Please note that I am not writing those posts or posting them on the Sabbath.  Those are posts that I have written earlier in the week.  I have no control over when they are approved or posted.  I'm not working on the Sabbath!
