Aging Parents - Recognize the Signs

I saw this on facebook this morning and had to share: 

Housework makes you Ugly

From an article in Woman's Day: "Adult children often don't realize aging parents need care until a family get-together which I call the 'holiday eye-opener'.... The trouble signs are: food spoiling in the fridge, always finding parents dressed in the same clothes, stacks of paper...and a messy home or yard."

So, now I'm worried. How will MY kids know?
