Oh, the Smell!

I think Tim's mom must live in an ash tray. Seriously, Beth volunteered to do her own laundry this week because she knew the smell would really bother me. As soon as she unpacked, she shut everything in her room. Then today she ran all her clothes through the washer and the dryer, but she had to leave for work before everything was dry. So, I pulled some of her clothes out of the dryer, and they still kinda have that nasty stale smoke smell. UGH! Does anyone actually like that smell? Do smokers even realize that they, their clothes and everything around them seriously reeks?

  1. I don't think they realize. Your brother said he didn't until getting into his car after being at our house one time.

  2. They can't know. We offered a woman from the village a ride to the main highway to connect with a Greyhound bus not realizing she was a smoker. Her smell was quite nauseating I couldn't wait for her to get out of the car.

  3. funny thing is I NEVER knew I smelled THAT BAD... till I quit.. NOW I can smell it in the next car on the road,, bad I KNOW... hope yoru week is going good.

  4. I also find the smell of smoke totally revolting. I was so pleased when it was banned in all public places.

I love your comments! Keep them coming.
