Friends!

We picked Cory up after play practice at school yesterday and headed to the Feast. About half an hour later, we arrived. Yes, we went really far - all the way to Timber Ridge Lodge at Lake Geneva. It's kind of nice having a Feast site so close. We chose to come here because there were going to be so many teenagers and young people. Most of Cory's friends are here, and he said he was coming here no matter what - even if we decided to go somewhere else. The kids keep in touch via the Internet, but it's just not the same as being together. We decided that letting him be with his friends was the most important thing, and besides that, we like the parents of all those friends of Cory's.

Cory is very, very happy. His friends were calling him repeatedly before we finally got here, and he could hardly contain himself. When we finally got the van unloaded, he was off to the lobby . We got there a while later to find him between two girls. I have a feeling we're not going to see him much while we're here. There are games to play, a waterpark to play in, and just general chillaxing.
