For more info on this fun meme, click the image.

I braved the cold to run outside and get some pictures of the sunrise this morning. These are from out front of my house this time, on the driveway.

It was a beautiful way to start the day!

If you enjoy skies as much as I do, be sure to check out Looking at the Sky on Friday.

  1. Hi Anna, those are pretty clouds you found. I do that too from my back yard because I spend a lot of time in the breakfast room behind the kitchen.

I also see in the second one a contrail. I call that 'sky pollution.'

    Happy Sky Looking,

  2. You could make up a story about that contrail... like, it's the sword of an archangel or something like that!

    Happy Friday!

  5. You live in a nice neighborhood, with views from the front and the back? It seems that your house has great sky views from all sides!

  6. Beautiful! I'm such a slug-a-bed I take far more photos of sunsets than sunrises!
Thanks for letting me remember how gorgeous they are...smiles.

  8. Sorry to be visiting so late, but I've been ill and haven't done much of anything for a week or so. I'm doing what I can to catch up today. I love these photos and am impressed to know you braved the cold to capture & share them ;--)
