Pick 'n Save had Kellogg's cereals and Keebler and Sunshine crackers on sale this week - 8/$10 and you get a checkout coupon for 2 free gallons of milk. Yesterday was double coupon day, so I got my coupons ready, and we ran in there last night to get our cereal. I had coupons for 6 boxes of cereal and 2 boxes of Keebler crackers. I wanted those Flipsides with the cracker on one side and the pretzel on the other. I love those.
Then we got into the cereal aisle and started picking cereals - and I forgot all about getting the crackers. It wasn't until the nice lady at the checkout ran my cracker coupon through the barcode scanner and it didn't work, that I thought about the crackers again. By then it was a little late. This is what happens when I try to get through the store quickly. I'm going to forget something.
At least we have plenty of cereal now - and a coupon for 2 free gallons of milk.
