March 20th is the official start to Spring, and I know a lot of people are more than ready for it. We're dreaming of warmer weather and being able to spend more time outside. The snow has almost melted off the deck. That doesn't mean we won't get more snow before it's gone for good, but it has me thinking about how nice it's going to be to get the deck furniture back and be able to spend some time out there. And maybe about getting some new outdoor furniture to add to it. I'm really liking this Outdoor Serving Cart from Pier 1.
When we grill out, it seems like I'm constantly going back and forth from the kitchen to the deck carrying everything we need out there and then bringing it back in when we're done. This cart would let me load everything up and make one trip. Then I could stay outside and talk to my husband while he cooks!
A lot of Pier 1's outdoor furniture is also great for indoor use, and I can see using this in the house, too. They've also got some great chairs, tables, and a storage trunk I really like. All of them would be nice both out on the deck or inside the house. I also saw some nice green chair cushions on sale that would be great for my dining room chairs, and they could also be used on the deck chairs. They'd go really well with my new green house!
