Why Didn't I Visit?

One of my room-mates from college is married to a guy who works for the State Department. I really don't know what he does - maybe I should ask? - but what I do know is that they have lived in several interesting places. Up until some time last year, they were stationed in Cyprus. Now I'm looking at this beach view, and wondering why I never figured out how to visit. I'm not ready to invest in any North Cyprus Property, even though it's supposed to be a good investment, and these houses look amazing. The point was to visit my friend, and meet her kids, so I ought to think about heading to Washington, D.C. before it's too late and they're out of the country again. Or should I wait?
