Zucchini Bread


The zucchini bread is now out of the oven. So far none of you have stopped by to get some! I'll give you the recipe, then, so you can make your own. I make this a lot in the summer when I'm pulling zucchini out of the garden left and right. I also grate and freeze 2 cup packages of zucchini so I can make it any time I want during the fall and winter. No one seems to get tired of it.

The only problem I've been having is that it ends up sticking to the pan, no matter what I do. So, it doesn't look pretty - from the bottom anyway, but it sure tastes good. Other benefits are that my house smells really good now, and it's warm in here. One of these days we will have to turn on the furnace, but we haven't broken down and done it yet.

  1. It's been years since I had zucchini bread. I just love it. If I lived in the States, I would stop by for a piece. lol
